NAME AND PLACE OF BUSINESS

The name of the organization is the Cabool Area Chamber of Commerce, Cabool, Missouri. The principal office of the organization shall be located in Cabool, Texas County, Missouri. The organization is hereinafter referred to as “Chamber.”
