Article XI
EX-OFFICIO DIRECTORS
Members of the Board of Directors, Ex-Officio, with authority to attend regular meetings of the Board, take part in discussions, but not vote, are the following:
A. The Executive Director
B. Those persons from time to time holding positions of honor in Cabool, Missouri, as chief officers of governmental, civic, professional or other organizations who from time to time, by rule or regulation of Board are designated as Ex-Officio Directors.
C. The past President of the preceding year.
D. Any Committee Chairperson as designated by the Board.
